Once payment has been received for an e-learning course it is not possible to change the learner name.
Cancellation of the purchase of an e – learning course:
Once payment has been made we are unable to offer a refund on e-learning courses.
Cancellation of the purchase of an accredited examination (which is purchased in conjunction with the e-learning course)
Brenikov Training will offer a refund on the examination if the candidate changes their mind about attending the awarding body examination which has been purchased with the e-learning course. The request for a refund is required within 5 working days of the date of purchase.
Brenikov Training are not able to offer a refund where an examination date has been set for a candidate.
Payment made to attend a course in centre at Brenikov Training:
Candidate bookings are confirmed once payment has been made for a specific course date. A receipted invoice and course handbook will be forwarded to the candidate.
Once the booking has been made there can be no refund of payment under any circumstances:
Should the candidate be unable to attend
Should the candidate wish to change to an alternative course date. (In this situation the candidate will be required to pay the course fee for the alternative date in full)
Where a candidate has made payment to attend a course at Brenikov Training it is possible for a substitute delegate to attend at no extra charge. All the requirements set out in this application pack will apply to the substitute delegate.
